  I have been enjoying Mollypops since I was a child living in Batavia. How do you describe this wonderful flavor? It's umami! It has the earthy flavor from the molasses balanced with the sparkled and sweet of peppermint. From there you can decide. Do you want the richer flavor of the dark chocolate or would you prefer to balance the umani a touch more with milk chocolate. For me the dark gives you the perfect blend of flavor notes in a candy.
